Adoptive Family Experience Survey

Our own attorney, Judy Sartain, a Fellow with the Georgia Council of Adoption Lawyers and the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys, is graciously asking our SM&P clients and friends and family who have adopted to consider participating in a survey, which can be accessed using this link.

Regardless of how long ago you adopted or the type of adoption (intercountry, private domestic, or adoption from foster care), this research is intended to fill some critical gaps in adoption data that will strengthen the work of policymakers and adoption professionals and better support adoptive families.

The compiled results are free and will be publicly available so they can be used to improve adoption education and training, to advocate for needed post-adoption resources, and to inform policymakers and other decision-makers as they craft legislation and policy changes regarding adoption.
