Choose Experience. Get Resolution.

July finds us well into our Georgia summer where temperatures and humidity levels compete for the highest number on the weather report. Iced tea and trips to our beautiful local lakes or splash pads down the street are high on most people’s lists of survival strategies. However, we also find refuge in the office where the A/C keeps us and our clients cool while cases are being diligently worked on every week.

This month’s Attorney Spotlight features Burton Miller. Read about his experience and qualifications that could make him the perfect advocate for you and your case.

The firm sponsored the Georgia Bar’s Family Law Institute’s conference this year. Find out why the Institute is valuable to family law attorneys and their clients.

SM&P also sponsored the Cobb Justice Foundation luncheon. Learn why the firm supports this respected local organization.

In case you didn’t know, July 29 is “National Talk in an Elevator Day.” As long as the contraption is air-conditioned, that sounds like a good southern tradition for a hot July day. Just remember to stand six feet apart while socializing.

We wish everyone a safe but rousing Independence Day! Although our offices will be closed on July 4th, our phone lines will remain open.
