Gwendolyn Thomas Kennedy Green

Associate Attorney

Gwendolyn Thomas Kennedy Green is a seasoned attorney with four decades of experience in Family Law and General Practice. A native of Montgomery, Alabama, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the American University in 1980 and earned her Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law in 1983. In 2014, she completed her LLM in Business Entities, graduating cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law, with a focus on complex business transactions, intellectual property, and financial analysis.

Attorney Kennedy Green’s career includes notable roles as Deputy Chief of Consumer Protection for the State of Alabama Office of the Attorney General, a City Prosecutor for the Town of Hayneville, and a Substitute Probate Judge in Montgomery County, Alabama. She has also served as a Hearing Officer for Special Education cases and a legal educator, training lawyers in Alabama on military divorce litigation. She has been a trusted legal adviser to The Rosa Parks Institute for Self-Development and a radio and television host, discussing current events and offering legal insights.
