Cary Racioppi

Cary Racioppi is a dedicated and client-focused family law attorney based in the firm’s Buckhead office. A Johns Creek native, Cary has always been a people-person with a passion for helping others. That natural inclination to advocate for those in need led him to pursue a career in law.

Cary earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Georgia in 2020, followed by his Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2024. During law school, he gained early exposure to Sports and Entertainment Law, working closely with athletes and artists, and served as Treasurer of the Student Bar Association. A pivotal family law course—and mentorship from a seasoned family law attorney—ultimately sparked his interest in domestic relations and shaped the direction of his career.

Before entering family law practice, Cary served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Alcovy Judicial Circuit. His work in the District Attorney’s office centered heavily on victim-focused advocacy, allowing him to develop valuable experience in case evaluation, trial work, evidentiary analysis, negotiation, and strategic decision-making. That background continues to guide his approach today.

Cary describes his legal style as intimate, attentive, and highly client-driven. He prides himself on being a trusted and personable advocate who communicates clearly, listens deeply, and keeps clients’ goals at the forefront. While he is aggressive when necessary, he strives to find compromise and solutions that minimize conflict whenever possible. Clients consistently describe him as caring, relatable, and extremely goal-oriented.

Outside the office, Cary enjoys spending time with his two dogs—Phoebe, a French Bulldog, and Lilah, a Lab mix.
