Payroll Manager & Accounting Specialist

Position: Payroll Manager
Status: Full Time
Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000
Bonus Eligibility (Y/N): No
Location: Marietta, GA - Hybrid

Job Description:

  • 10+ years of experience with timekeeping and monitoring work hours and overtime status
  • In depth experience with payroll systems including knowledge of Federal laws and restrictions
  • Experience with employee benefit administration
  • High level using Excel, including Pivot Tables, Excel formulas (Vlookup/Hlookup), Data Analysis tools
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with legal software a plus
  • Experience with Insurance a plus
  • Ability to hit the ground running in a very fast pace!
  • Ability to work independently
  • Friendly/has experience in Customer Service
  • Confidentiality and Discretion
  • HR experience preferred
  • Law office experience preferred
