SM&P Opens Office in Gainesville
Taking into account the needs of our northeast metro clients, SM&P has opened a seventh office at 200 West Academy St. in Gainesville.
Like the offices in Marietta, Buckhead, Johns Creek, Fayetteville, Canton, and Alpharetta, the Gainesville location will fully support clients with their family law legal needs, including situations of divorce, spousal support, child custody and support, adoption, paternity, and domestic partnerships. The Gainesville office will provide clients with the flexibility and convenience of our quality legal services close to home.
“We are very enthusiastic to be a part of the prosperous Hall County community,” said Mary Montgomery, the firm’s founder and managing partner. “We understand the importance of personal contact when dealing with difficult and emotional legal issues, so we chose to locate near our clients’ homes and workplaces.”
“This addition is proof of our success serving clients,” said SM&P associate Judy Sartain, who will manage the Gainesville office. “But more importantly, it’s a confirmation of our pledge to deliver the highest level of advocacy to our clients.” Judy offers twenty-five years of experience representing family law clients.
“Because of Judy’s repertoire of knowledge, skills, and professional relationships, the Gainesville office team has hit the ground running,” Mary said. “We are confident Judy’s active role in supporting the community will be a win-win for us and the residents of Hall County. As our lead adoption attorney, Judy has the experience needed in today’s courts to provide the guidance and success to support our client’s expectations.
