Position: Content Creator Intern
Status: Part Time
Starting Salary: $20-35 per hour depending on experience
Location: Hybrid
Schedule: Monday - Friday, in Office or Hybrid

Job Description:
Stearns-Montgomery and Proctor, a family law firm, representing clients in all areas of family law, with offices in Marietta, Atlanta, Buckhead, Gainesville, Fayetteville, Canton Alpharetta, and Savannah.

The objective of the Content Creator Intern position (CCI) is to assists in developing, creating, and editing digital content for various platforms like social media, blogs, and websites. This hands-on experience will not only hone your creative skills but also provides valuable insights into how content teams operate to achieve collective goals, working directly under the Client Experience Manager. Primary Goals:

  • Assist Client Experience Manager with planning and executing content campaigns and brainstorming new content ideas
  • Help the Marketing department build the company's online presence and support broader marketing or communication strategies
  • Conduct research on topics to inform content creation and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Work with the marketing department and other teams to ensure brand consistency and achieve project goals

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team and Client Experience Manager to create visual content.
  • Create graphics, shoot and edit photos, and produce video content for platforms such as, but not limited, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Travel to the Firms various locations to shoot content for internal and external platforms.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for blogs, social media, and websites.
  • Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Schedule posts, engage with the online community, and monitor social media channels for trends and insights.
  • Monitor content performance and provide reports on key metrics.
  • Regularly update existing content to keep it relevant and accurate.
  • Assist in distributing content across various platforms and monitoring performance.

  • Basic Graphic Design skills
  • Proficient with Canva

  • Excellent Multi-tasking skills
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze content performance and derive insights.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year in content creation through internships, coursework, or personal projects.
  • A working smartphone for creating content (required)
  • Reliable transportation for traveling within the Metro-Atlanta area
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficient knowledge and experience operating within graphic software such as Canva, CapCut, FinalCut
  • Proficient ability to navigate and post on social media websites such as Instagram. Facebook, TikTok, Youtube.
  • Working knowledge of how to operate and work within Adobe Creative suite (not required, but preferred)
  • A portfolio of work that demonstrates your content creating ability
