Tynesha Walls

Associate Attorney

With 16 years of experience in family law, Tynesha Wall brings a client-centered approach to every case she handles. Known for her honesty, empathy, and responsiveness, Tynesha believes that clients deserve to understand what to expect at every stage of their case. She takes the time to set realistic expectations and explain the legal process in straightforward terms, helping clients feel informed and prepared as they navigate what can often be one of the most challenging periods of their lives. Tynesha has a particular passion for custody matters and takes a hands-on approach to advocating for her clients and their children.

Tynesha's perspective on family law is also deeply personal. As a single, divorced mother of two daughters, she personally experienced the challenges of a custody dispute when she litigated a two-year custody battle pro se. Throughout the case, she represented herself against three different opposing attorneys and ultimately prevailed. That experience gives Tynesha a unique understanding of the emotional and practical challenges parents face when fighting for their children. She draws on that lived experience to provide her clients with both knowledgeable legal guidance and genuine empathy for what they are going through.

Originally from California, Tynesha is a devoted mother who spends much of her time outside the firm supporting her two daughters, both of whom are passionate about cheerleading. When she is not advocating for her clients or cheering from the sidelines, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Major.
