Ryan P. Post
Ryan is a Roswell, Georgia native. He graduated from Berry College in Rome, Georgia in 2008. Before attending law school, Ryan volunteered at a law firm associated with Atlanta Legal Aid. During that time, he assisted attorneys who represented clients who were unable to afford legal representation. Following his graduation from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida, Ryan again donated his time to the same firm he had volunteered for prior to attending law school. This time, he directly assisted indigent clients in family and poverty law matters.
Ryan moved to a firm in Cumming, Georgia, where he practiced in the areas of family, criminal, probate, contract, civil, business, landlord-tenant, and entertainment law. After Ryan gained experience in various areas of law, he joined a family law firm in Suwanee, Georgia, where he represented clients in the areas of family, criminal, and probate law. In 2018, Ryan joined Stearns-Montgomery & Proctor. He brings his personality and experience to SM&P as an associate attorney practicing in all areas of domestic litigation, divorce, child custody, modifications, adoptions, criminal defense and probate actions.
Ryan has been described by his clients as a personable and dedicated attorney who vigorously advocates for the rights of his clients. He is known for his meticulous attention to detail and empathy with his clients’ situations. When Ryan is not practicing law, he enjoys playing drums, attending concerts, playing with his French Bulldog, Annabelle, and spending time with friends and family.
