Ravelle Smith knows his way around a courtroom. As a matter of fact, he has provided legal services in over a dozen metro Atlanta counties and has represented scores of clients. If you ask around, it seems everybody has something good to say about Ravelle.
His college education started with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Georgia Tech, with concentration on Marketing and Organizational Psychology, something that would serve him well down the road. Next, he attended and was graduated from Texas Southern University Law School, after which he embarked on a successful career in Family Law. He worked for a couple of law firms before starting his own in 2010. During that time, he managed other attorneys, ran his own firm, and maintained an active caseload, all while developing a reputation as a formidable, but fair, legal force and a sought-after Family Law attorney.
Recently, Ravelle joined SMP, where he has the autonomy to manage his clients in his way, but is also part of a larger group of experienced, passionate professionals with whom he can collaborate. It’s the best of all worlds.
Ravelle is first and foremost, a family man, something that gives him insight and compassion for families who experience emotional and complicated legal situations. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He serves on the school council, coaches his oldest son’s basketball team and loves being a dad.
