Danielle Davis began her legal career working at a boutique family law firm. The intimacy of boutique law firms has provided Danielle significant hands-on experience as she worked one-on-one with clients from start to finish—at all levels. For Danielle, this experience helped groom her into the attorney she is today.
A native of Cobb County, Danielle received her Bachelor’s Degree, cum laude, in Political Science with a concentration in Pre-Law and a minor in Sociology from the Georgia State University. Danielle then received her law degree from the University of Georgia and began practicing in 2009.
Danielle has had a lot of courtroom experience and is confident in her ability to work and get results with short notice hearings. According to Danielle, she enjoys mediation and coming up with innovative ways to resolve the issues. Clients have described Danielle as compassionate, confident and deals with things sensibly and realistically.
For the past five years, Danielle has been successfully running her own firm but looks forward to being at Stearns‑Montgomery & Proctor. “Stearns has a great reputation and having my peers available to discuss cases and collaborate with will really enhance my talents in the courtroom.”
When not in the courtroom, Danielle enjoys travel, spending time with friends and family, and being a part-time dog owner with her mom to Zeus, a “loveable” golden doodle.
